Tracking numbers will be provided to track orders. Orders will be delivered by Royal mail because we are not going to risk using Evri because they are a bad delivery service.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We currently do not ship internationally, but we plan to expand international shipping options soon!
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please reach out to customer support to initiate a return.
Check your tracking link for delivery updates. If the package shows as delivered or appears lost, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate or arrange a replacement/refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued (processing usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank).
No account is required to place an order, but creating one is beneficial so you can receive special promotions, track your orders easily, and enjoy a faster checkout.
